Richie Haratine


Richie is thrilled to be back at Amphibian working with such a talented group of artists on Scott Carter’s C33: Oscar Wilde in Prison! Classically trained, Richie has played roles from Shakespeare to Tennessee Williams, working across the country with major regional and repertory theatres including Playwrights Horizons (NYC), National Shakespeare Company (NYC), The Beckett Theatre (NYC), Trinity Shakespeare Festival, PA Shakespeare Festival, CO Shakespeare Festival and many more. Favorite roles include Macbeth, Brutus and Jack Worthing in the Importance of Being Earnest, where he practiced proposing onstage nightly to his real life wife Megan Haratine! Over the past 10 years, he has either performed in or directed over 25 productions in the DFW area. Including his work on stage he also spends time in the classroom teaching theatre and performance at local universities, colleges and high schools.
